I had this exact question when GOW3 came out. I did my research heavily and purchased the AX 720…WOW! This is my first headset and I’m in no way an audiophile, but let me tell you these babys ROCK!!! I can actually hear noises I’ve never heard before and can actually hear someone sneaking up on me…this has prevented several near death scenarios with the SOS. If you have the money I’ve heard that the Tritton Pros are one of the best, but if not AX720 are well worth your money. Very comftorable. I use glasses and its tsill comftorable wearing these.
